Deleting your account
You can delete your Healthread account yourself, from inside the app, without contacting anyone.
From the app
Open Healthread and go to Settings.
Choose to delete your account.
Export what you have logged first if you want to keep it — the export is offered as part of the same flow.
Confirm. The account and the data held for it are removed.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because billing is held by Apple or Google rather than by us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account, the same way as any other subscription.
If you cannot get into the app
If you have lost access to your account and cannot complete the steps above, write to us and we will handle the deletion for you.
